Well what can I say, WOW, that's what I call service!
The sorry fact is that service levels today in most industries are still low (even lousy) to mediocre. Most people find it difficult to list just five businesses where they get really good service. But when asked to list 10 where they would describe the service as poor they usually have no problem.
The point is that there just aren't many businesses around that have realised the advantage of providing exceptional levels of service. I would say that North West Plumbing & Heating is in my top five for delivering exceptional customer service, and the attention to detail in the work they carried out for me was unexpected and welcomed. We needed emergency boiler work, when we moved into our new home. Since then we have had a new bathroom suite fitted, washing machine plumbed in and tumble dryer vent kit fitted. All top quality work!
I have already recommended Bal and his team to friends and business associates, and have no problem in recommending North West Plumbing and Heating in the future.

What great service and possibly saved our lives.
Well, after returning from holiday the first thing I wanted to do after a long flight was to have a shower, imagine how I felt when half was through everything just stopped working. I phoned my son and asked what he thought might be the problem, he suggested that I checked the fuses, but they were all fine. Steve, our son had just had some work done by Bal and had been very pleased with the work carried out and the price.
It was gone 6 pm so I said shall we sort it out tomorrow but Steve said "leave it to me I'll give Bal a call now". Within 20 minutes Bal arrived at the house, within 5 minutes had identified the fault, a burnt out switch in the loft. We were so luck it could have easily set fire to the loft. Whist checking the fuses, Bal noticed a smell of gas in the meter cupboard, something we had all noticed many times before but though was just normal. Well thank God he investigated further, there was a small leak and some other problems on the gas suppliers side. He immediately called Transgas and they came and sorted the problem, imagine what could have happened a small electrical problem would most likely have ignited the gas and destroyed the house. It just goes to show, you shouldn't ignore these things.
Both my wife and I are extremely happy to recommend Bal and North West Plumbing and Heating to anyone. We have a boiler service contract with British Gas, but when that ends in January we will be taking our the Platinum Star Service Contract, because it offers cover for all our plumbing and heating system including radiators and pipes, and includes the yearly service and is cheaper than what we pay now.
